FIRST: Inspect the bulk yarns' quality and the color difference before they go into the knitting machine.
SECOND: Inspect every Guage of the knit panel thoroughly to make sure the knit panel is ok without any defectives before bulk sewing.
THIRD: Pay the closest attention to the bulk sewing where the hat with the excellent shape, fitting and good-looking embellishments come from.
FOUR: Follow the customer's requirements to do the packing.
FIFTH: Inspect the finished product fully to the customer's specifications before shipping.

STEP ONE: Pick our styles or your own design, send us the artworks or the pics of your samples, we will quote first.
STEP TWO: Once you approve our prices, we will use our stock color or custom dye color to make 2 pcs of samples for free for you.
STEP THREE: Place your order when you approve the pre-production sample.
STEP FOUR: We send you the pics of the shipment sample after the bulk production is finished and ship out the bulk when you confirm the shipment sample.
